110-112 Hampshire St.

At 110-112 Hampshire Street, APD transformed an existing two-family residence into a single home and designed a second residence at the rear of the property. The two buildings were planned as separate condominium units, allowing the project to add a new home while maintaining the scale of the surrounding Cambridge neighborhood.

APD developed the design around the constraints of the compact urban site and guided the project through zoning review, permitting, and construction documentation. The result makes better use of the property while giving each home its own identity.
