Anderson Porter Design was engaged by Cogentix Medical Technologies to provide architectural services for a targeted interior retrofit of their manufacturing and warehouse facility in Westborough. The project focused on improving the functionality and organization of the building’s storage and warehouse areas through the design and permitting of new industrial racking systems. Working within the existing 24,500-square-foot facility, our team developed a strategic layout to maximize storage efficiency while ensuring compliance with applicable building and safety codes.

Anderson Porter Design was the architect of record for the headquarters for this medical device manufacturing company in Natick MA. This adaptive reuse project transformed an outdated United States Postal Service building into a state of the art facility designed to meet the company’s specifications with safety standards, accessibility and compliance at the forefront.  

LEVIA’s new headquarters and manufacturing facility was designed within a new steel structure, and emphasis was placed on optimizing flow.
