Cannabis Cowboy is a renovation project that transforms an existing building into a modern cannabis retail environment with a distinct Western aesthetic. The interior design centers on a Cowboy theme that blends rustic elements with professional retail functionality. Upon entering the 150 square foot lobby, visitors are greeted by large-scale graphic art featuring "Saddle Up!" and "Pony Express" motifs, alongside wood-slat wall treatments that provide a warm and textured backdrop.

The 510 square foot sales floor serves as the heart of the dispensary and features polished concrete flooring and a sophisticated reflected ceiling plan with integrated black acoustic tiles. Central to the space is a live-edge wood table used for product display, complemented by cowhide rugs that reinforce the project’s thematic branding. The perimeter of the room is lined with matte black display casework and wall-mounted shelving designed for high visibility and organized merchandising.

The point of sale area continues the design language with a counter featuring horizontal wood cladding and high-definition ordering screens to streamline the customer experience. Adjacent to the sales floor, the facility includes specialized zones for fulfillment and a limited access area to ensure secure and efficient operations. Throughout the space, the use of honey-toned oak tubes and matte black hardware creates a cohesive balance between industrial and organic materials.
