Anderson Porter Design was the Architect for the full gut renovation and re-design of this existing two family building adding living area and reconfiguring the interior layout.  New windows, window and entry locations improved light, views, and access; bringing renewed vitality to this 1899 multifamily home. Situated on a small lot, the project required special permits and variances from the City.
