At 2-4 Soden Street, our team transformed an underutilized residential lot into two thoughtfully designed single-family homes. The project began with the demolition of an existing three-family residence and introduced a modern infill development that balanced neighborhood character with contemporary living.

Step into either one of these units to find high ceilings and wide windows, emphasizing natural light and an open, welcoming atmosphere. With fun lighting fixtures and smooth, classic colors, these condos are a modernist dream.

Planned with long-term flexibility in mind, the residences were designed to accommodate a potential future conversion to condominium units. Our scope included full architectural services, guiding the project from early design through construction.
